Andritz’s baby diaper processing production line for Naturopera in France has been put into operation

Andritz has delivered an eXcell baby diaper processing production line to Naturopera in France, which will be installed at Naturopera’s new factory located in Bully Les Mines, France. This processing production line adopts special technology to produce traditional and bio based baby diapers, which will help Naturopera become a leading producer of sustainable diapers.

Currently, most diapers on the market contain 70% fossil plastics, and Naturopera is collaborating with Andritz to research and produce 90% bio based diapers, replacing traditional spunbond and meltblown nonwoven fabrics with spunlace nonwoven fabrics made from natural fibers. Naturopera has produced 90% of its bio based diaper trial products at the Bully Les Mines factory.

The processing production line provided by Andritz for Naturopera is flexible in operation, requiring only a few settings to switch to producing bio based diapers. It is suitable for multi size production, with a user-friendly interface and a production speed of up to 800 pieces/min.

Naturopera, a French company, mainly produces baby care, women’s care, and home products, with a strong emphasis on localized production and sustainability.
