Basic structure

Sanitary napkins mainly include surface layer, absorption core and bottom layer. Each layer’s material is bonding with hot melt glue. The bottom layer is non-woven fabric, which is soft material. Inward is a layer of leak-proof film (made of waterproof paper or polyethylene film). Then inside is the hygienic paper wrapped with polymer water absorption agent of the fluff pulp, which constitutes a strong absorber. Once menstrual blood infiltrated into this layer, will be firmly attached, not reversed or scattered. There is pressure sensitive tape (adhesive sticker) on the back of sanitary napkin, which is lined with the release paper. When use it, just remove the release paper and then put the tape on the underwear to prevent slipping.

Material selection

According to the structure of sanitary napkins, the selection should be considered from the materials and functions of the three layers. The surface layer with dry mesh surface funnel type is appropriate, dry surface can make local skin away from the damp, the infiltrated liquid is not easy to reflux. The absorption layer is suitable for breathable and containing high effective gel layer. Sanitary napkins with high effective gel layer can congeal the infiltrating liquid to jelly, not flow back after pressing, and you won't feel sticky on the surface. The bottom layer is appropriate made of breathable material, it can make the water molecules go through smoothly, which play the role of timely removing the moisture. It can effectively reduce the damp and sultry between sanitary napkin and the body which keep the body dry and fresh.
